MOTOSPOT 2024 RESULTS

From Social App to the Global Ridershood - A Year of Saving Lives and Building Bonds

"What started as a simple idea to help riders in need has grown into something far more meaningful - a global community where every rider knows they're never alone on the road. The numbers we've seen in 2024 aren't just statistics; they're stories of riders helping riders, of strangers becoming friends, and of a community growing stronger together."

Yuri Gres, CEO and co-founder of MOTOSPOT
As we reflect on 2024, MOTOSPOT has made significant steps in creating a safer and more connected motorcycle community.

Our Community Values: The MOTOSPOT Manifesto

This year, we formalized our commitment to the motorcycle community through the MOTOSPOT Manifesto, which emphasizes our core belief that "riding a motorcycle has always been more than just moving from point A to B." The Manifesto outlines our vision of a united, supportive community built on mutual respect, equality, and friendship.
"Our strength lies in unity, loyalty to ideals, and unconditional support for one another." - MOTOSPOT Manifesto
The Manifesto reinforces our mission to create not just an app, but a worldwide community where riders help each other regardless of social status, age, gender, or type of motorcycle. As stated in our guiding document, "Mutual social support among motorcyclists is the most effective way to preserve the unity and integrity of the entire society."

Safety First: Emergency Response System in Action

Product Marketing Manager Ekaterina Dubanevich notes with pride, "When we see an 92% response rate to SOS calls, it confirms what we've always believed about the motorcycle community - we take care of our own. Each successful response represents not just our technology working as intended, but more importantly, it shows the heart of our community in action."
This year, our SOS system proved its vital importance to the riding community. With 156 emergency calls received, our network of more than 600 responders stepped up to help fellow riders in need, successfully responding to emergency situations. Each response represents a rider who wasn't left alone in a moment of crisis – whether it was a mechanical breakdown, an accident, or any other emergency situation.

Major Platform Enhancements

2024 was a year of substantial technological advancement for MOTOSPOT. We launched several major updates that transformed the app into a more powerful and user-friendly platform:
  • Introduced a versatile Posts/News feature, allowing riders to share various types of content including events, rides, and general posts with photos and videos
  • Expanded our global reach with support for six languages: English, Spanish, Italian, German, Russian, and French
  • Enhanced security and convenience with Google and Apple Sign-In integration for iOS users
  • Improved our SOS functionality with highest-priority notifications and enhanced visualization
  • Unified our chat system with optimized performance and integrated video sharing capabilities
  • Implemented location-based feed display and an improved calendar organization system

Growing Together: Community Expansion

2024 marked a year of substantial growth for MOTOSPOT, with more than 10 000 new riders joining our community. This expansion isn't just about numbers – it represents a growing network of riders looking out for each other and sharing their passion for motorcycling.
The community's active engagement is evident in the 280 meets organized through our platform. These gatherings have ranged from casual coffee runs to extended road trips, each contributing to stronger connections within the riding community.
Looking Ahead

In 2025, MOTOSPOT is set to launch groundbreaking features that will bridge the gap between riders and motorcycle-related businesses. "We're creating an ecosystem where finding the right service is as easy as sending an SOS signal," explains Yuri Gres. "Whether you need a specific spare part, a trusted mechanic, or custom modifications - help will be just a few taps away."
Our new business platform will enable motorcycle shop owners, service centers, and other industry professionals to:
  • Create verified business profiles with detailed service offerings
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries directly through the app
  • Showcase their expertise and customer reviews
  • Connect with riders based on their specific needs and location
Smart Service Matching For riders, finding the right service will become seamless with our new inquiry system:
  • Send detailed service requests that instantly reach relevant businesses
  • Receive multiple offers from verified service providers
  • Compare options based on pricing, location, and community reviews
"This evolution of MOTOSPOT isn't just about connecting riders with businesses," notes Ekaterina Dubanevich. "It's about creating a trusted network where every service request is matched with the right provider, ensuring our community gets the quality service they deserve."
Every feature we've launched this year was designed with one goal in mind - to make it easier for riders to help other riders. That's what drives us forward.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to our growing community of riders, especially our dedicated Volunteers who have shown time and again that the most innovative ideas often come from our users themselves.
